- 6 cl Bourbon
- 8 leaves of Mint
- 1 tbsp of Sugar syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- (recommended garnish) 3 sprigs of Mint
1. Add the sugar syrup to a glass.
2. Muddle the mint in the bottom of the glass
2. Add bourbon and ice. Stir gently.
3. Add the bitter. Decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
