- 1-2 dash of Absinthe
- 6 cl Irish whiskey
- 1 twist of Lemon
- 3 cl Sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir it until it is cold - usually for 15 seconds.
3. Strain it into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Service it.
